Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Clearpath West Facilities looks after properties across the Phoenix region. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving contractor visits. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
