Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Westbrook Bridge Energy is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
