Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Basin Energy and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 825 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter readings. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
