Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Northwind Loom Pharma is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
