Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Bright Medical and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 302 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
