Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Ironwood Ridge Medical is a Grand Rapids company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 150 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
