Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Redstone Sparrow Telecom is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving network equipment. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
