Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Silverline Sparrow Care Services is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
