Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Ironwood Harbor Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving hardship programmes. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
