Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Fernwood River Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Las Vegas area, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving capital projects. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
