Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Rivermark Fern Health Group is a healthcare provider in Philadelphia with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving electronic records. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
