Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Nova Drift Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving collection routes. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
