Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Stonegate Sparrow Hospitality is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 119 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving group events. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • PMP or CAPM certification.
