Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Clearpath Ashton Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving referrals. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
