Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Westbrook Fern Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Austin. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving collection routes. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
