Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Summit Quarry Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Oklahoma City area. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field visits. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
