Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Ironwood Summit Community Partners is a nonprofit in Philadelphia supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client intake. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
