Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Harborlight Forge Telecom Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
