Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Lumen Fern Freight Group is a Memphis logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
