Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Harborlight Cross Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Portland. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving guest bookings. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
