Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Rivermark Rook Manufacturing Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer orders. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
