Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Northwind Glen Hospitality is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving group events. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
