Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Redstone Umber Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Des Moines with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
