Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Foxglove Corner Auto Group is a Grand Rapids company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
