Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Fernwood Forge Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Atlanta working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
