Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Nova Pine Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Austin. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
