Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Clearpath Mill Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Memphis. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 628 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving weigh tickets. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
