Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Silverline Bridge Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Oakland. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field inspections. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
