Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Bright Telecom is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field visits. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
