Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Cedar Orchard Freight is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving proof of delivery. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
