Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Fernwood Clear Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 746 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fleet maintenance. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
