Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Silverline Ridge Staffing is a Richmond staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 728 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving onboarding. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
