Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Clearpath Basin Legal Group is a Oklahoma City practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of about 576 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving trust accounts. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
