Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Northwind Ridge Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Tampa, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
