Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Westbrook Maple Manufacturing Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
