Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Summit Glen Hospitality is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving group events. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
