Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Harborlight Maple Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Kansas City area, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving treatment plant data. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
