Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Fernwood Ivory Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Savannah, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
