Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Bright Basin Facilities is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety inspections. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
