Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Highbridge Stone Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Seattle, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
