Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Redstone North Medical is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
