Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Ironwood Ridge Auto Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on vendor coordination for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
