Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Fernwood Pine Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing accounts. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
