Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Pike Auto Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
