Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Beacon Manufacturing Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be vendor coordination. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scrap and rework. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
