Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Ironwood Pike Staffing is a Indianapolis staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving retention. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with retention. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
