Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Greenridge Birch Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Oklahoma City region, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter readings. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
