Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Greenridge Lakeside Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Oklahoma City with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on vendor coordination. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
