Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Redstone Forge Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Austin, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
