Senior Project Coordinator - vendor coordination (remote)

Ironwood Ivory Hospitality is a hospitality company in Cincinnati with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our vendor coordination. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving housekeeping schedules. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
